About MIC

The busiest job in the world can sometimes be the loneliest job. Running your home and attempting to solve every problem for your kids can cause you to wonder how God expects you to do it all…and still include Him in the middle of it, too. As mommies – somewhere on our trek through diaper changes, carpool lines, or pre-teen hysteria – we’ve all asked ourselves:

• Am I the only one who is going through this?

• Where is God in the midst of all of my day-to-day stuff?

That’s where Mommies in Connection comes in. MIC is a ministry or RockPointe Church designed to help you answer both of these questions…in a fun, relaxed atmosphere among fellow-mommies. MIC gives you a place to connect with other moms, have fun, and ultimately discover what God’s intentions are for you in this crazy life called “mommyhood”.

MIC meets on the first Thursday of every month (September thru May) at the WestPointe building @RockPointe Church. But, don’t let the meeting place fool you – this is NOT only for RPC mommies! All mommies are welcome. You don’t need to bring anything (unless you consider yourself a “thing”); just come – in PJs if you want. Just come and chillax with other mommies going thru the same stuff you are .

So, get a babysitter (or mark daddy’s calendar) and plan on hanging out with some friends walking in the same shoes you are.
